There are three main reasons eating more protein works like crazy.

1) It helps build more muscle, which makes you look lean and sexy. Plus muscle burns more calories so you get better results for the same effort!

2) It takes more work to digest. This is called “thermogenesis”. The fact is, it requires your body more
energy to burn 100 calories of protein than it does 100 calories of carbs or fat.

Specifically, you’ll burn fat fast, burning off about 30 calories from protein for every 100 that you eat.

3) You’ll feel more full, longer. The biggest obstacle most people face is “hunger pains.” When you eat more protein
you’ll feel full and satisfied, for much longer than if you’re eating sugary carbs like cereal, bread or desserts.

There’s a reason you feel starved about an hour after eating things like that!

(Chinese food is notorious for this!)

If you want to start with a single change, do that. Add some protein to your breakfast. Whole eggs (free range) are my
recommendation. They fill you up, taste amazing and are one of the most nutritious foods on the planet. Plus they’re cheap!
