Thinking about buying the 21 Day Fix Extreme DVD collection by Autumn Calabrese? Read This First!
I’m sure you’ve probably already heard all the hype going around about Autumn Calabrese and her 21 Day Fix program, but is it really worth it? I mean, it does cost a lot of money!
You can read my full 21 day fix review here but I didn’t really go into Autumn’s 21 Day Fix Extreme program which is supposed to have a cleaner eating nutrition plan and more “extreme” workouts.
The 21 Day Fix Extreme also contains the Shakeology shaker cup, containers, 21 day fix calender and recipes. The whole package will cost you around $72 (Amazon.com was the cheapest I could find it..)
But again, is it really worth it and does it work?
Well after reading all the reviews on amazon.com and a few other websites, blogs and social media it seems there is a LOT of mixed reviews. I actually found a lot customers who bought it said in their review that it wasn’t worth it.
Also, out of over 290 reviews on amazon 17% of customers gave it only 1 star out of 5, not a good sign 🙁
Now I’m not saying it’s rubbish and her 21 day fix or 21 day fix extreme doesn’t work…but going off of everyone else’s feedback, it’s obviously not for everyone! Not something I would spend over $70 on anyway.
